5. Payments

You agree to pay all fees as described at purchase. Fees are charged in the currency displayed and processed via our secure system.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Requests for a refund on unstarted Services submitted within 7 days of purchase will be fully honored. If work has commenced, we offer a pro rata credit toward future Services or project transfer. Requests must be sent via Contact Us. Refunds or credits will be returned using the original payment method within 10 days of approval.

6.2 Info Products

All sales of Info Products are final upon delivery due to the nature of digital distribution. No returns or credits are offered once access is granted to ensure content integrity.

6.3 Goods

Unopened Goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt. To qualify, items must be in original condition. Return requests should be initiated via Contact Us. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days of receipt of returned Goods.

7. No-Refund Circumstances

Customized engagements, such as bespoke software modules or tailored business solutions, are not eligible for refunds due to dedicated resource allocation and planning.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nerithals liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant Service, Info Product, or Good.
